Polsinelli PC has expanded its real estate practice with the addition of Austin Green as a shareholder in its Dallas office, the firm confirmed on Friday. Green brings a focus on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. His practice also covers financing and joint venture structures, serving clients ranging from developers to institutional investors.
Green previously practiced at another national law firm, where he advised on complex real estate matters across multiple states. His arrival bolsters Polsinelli's real estate group in Texas, a market the firm has been actively growing. The Dallas office now has a deeper bench for handling high-value property deals and related corporate work.
"We are thrilled to welcome Austin to the team," a firm representative said. "His experience aligns with our clients' needs in a dynamic real estate market." Green noted that Polsinelli's platform and collaborative culture were key draws. The move reflects a broader trend of law firms recruiting laterally to strengthen regional practices, particularly in Sun Belt markets like Dallas, where commercial real estate activity remains robust despite national economic headwinds.
